MOSQUITO BITES

I’m sure you’re wondering why on earth this post is titled mosquito bites… well as per usual there’s a good quote involved…

“If you think you are too small to make a difference, try sleeping with a mosquito.” – Dalai Lama

Recently I hit 1000 followers on my Instagram and just over 1800 hits on this blog – yay! And although to some that’s nothing, and I admit it’s not 10k or 100k… it’s a start, and that’s half the battle.

In the past I’ve found it so easy to focus on how much more I want to do or achieve, but recently I’ve discovered that it’s so much more valuable to reflect on how far I’ve already come. I feel like changing my perspective on this has helped me to be much more motivated and productive.

As we enter a new year I will definitely be taking the opportunity to reflect on what’s gone well for me over the past year, things I can improve on, and finally I’ll set myself some 2017 aims and objectives – and pray on these!

I haven’t quite figured out exactly what I want to achieve with my social media platforms. But what I do know, is that I never want to stop creating and inspiring others, and that whilst doing this I want to share my faith, experiences and lessons I’m learning on the go.

I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone that’s liked, commented, read and shared my content so far! I wish you all fulfilment, happiness and peace of mind in 2017. To wrap up 2016 here are some of my favourite snapshots from over the past year. Enjoy and Happy New Year!
